8 ) The register book of shareholders and debentures maintained in accordance with this section shall be considered as the official record of the company in relation to shares and debentures and shall be valid for any governmental or non-governmental purposes. (10) If the details recorded in Sub-Section (8) in the details submitted as per Sub-Section (9) are false, fabricated or fraudulent for any reason, the relevant Board of Directors and such The managing officer who signs the registration book shall be personally liable.

(11) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section, if any person or organization requests a copy of the statement submitted under sub-section (8), the director or officer who signed such statement at the office If he is present and authenticated before the registrar, the office can provide such a copy."
